Keg training

Hardcore Sports Training is a new concept in physical training, incorporating a mix of old school and up-to-date training methods, sprinkled with a touch of madness to produce some of the most intense workouts imaginable! It is a strength/endurance/

conditioning workouts using dragging sleds, kettlebells, chains, sandbags, sledgehammers, kegs and thick bars to create a unique and fun workout experience with unparalleled results!
