If your goal is to succeed in sport, you need to train to improve specific qualities relevant to your sport.

Considering the wealth of information available today about how the body reacts to different types of training and optimal factors to increase performance, there are an awful lot of sportsmen and women or people trying to succeed in their chosen sport doing a workout in the gym that is totally contrary to their goals. For instance, too many rugby players are training like bodybuilders, boxers doing steady state cardio running for ‘fitness’ etc.

I work around the London area providing strength and conditioning training to athletes and fighters. I can train you in various gyms around the London area, or at a facility of your choice.

With my sports specific programs, I will analyse what you are doing outside of the weight room and which qualities we are able to develop inside the weight room, then combine the two to create the most effective workout for your sport and weaknesses. You will then see your performance improving at a much higher rate than if you just followed a general strength or conditioning program.

There is an option to train one to one or in a group setting depending on goals and budget, and location is flexible.
